For all of my services I offer a free 30 minute consultation, either in person or video call. This is a great time to get to know one another and ask questions.

Personalized Birth Doula Package:

I offer phone and email support from the time we sign the contract until the contract is terminated. During my "on call" time I will be available 24/7.

2-3 Prenatal Visits

We will have at least 2 and up to 3 prenatal appointments where we will discuss more in depth your ideal birth, a birth plan, and labor and birth techniques, both emotional and physical. I will also include your birth partner and how I will support them and help them to support you.

During labor

I will go on call 2.5 weeks before your due date and will be reachable 24/7. Within a few hours of you informing me that you may be going into labor (or at your request) I will provide in-person support in your home, virtually, or at the hospital. I will also stay for up to two hours after your birth and for your baby's first feed.

1-2 Postpartum Visits

I will visit you at least once and up to 2 times during the first 4 weeks after your birth. I will provide nonclinical breastfeeding support as well as nonclinical emotional support. If at the end of our contract you still feel that you need more support I can refer you to local specialists, support groups, and evidence based information.

Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum is often a forgotten time. While everyone is taking care of the baby, someone must also support and nourish the mother. I offer postpartum support which includes nourishing meals, sibling care, breastfeeding support, newborn care, herbal baths, and so much more. I would like to meet with you at least once during your pregnancy to help prepare you for that time. I have a one time sign on fee and then I work at an hourly rate.
Personalized Birth Education Package
Every mother and baby is unique. Birth education should be authentic and personalized to you. Whether you plan to birth in the hospital or at home, this offering is for you. With this package you will receive 3 birth preparation/education classes, at a place of your convenience and completely customized to you. Please reach out for pricing and questions.
